Before starting to rig my character properly i did a test rig of the leg, and moved the rest of the character into a pose to make some test renders.
I quickly make a T.N.T crate using a texture i found on the internet and moved him into place.
After this i finished the character by adding a neck, joining the symetry objects together. welding up the open faces and finally connecting the neccesary objects together.
I connected all the body together along with the head but excluding the eyes teeth mustache and hat to make animating facial expressions easier later.
Now my character is ready to be rigged.
